These are made from micro-roasted Tanzanian coffee beans and coated in dark chocolate.
100 mgs in the tin and there are 20 pieces so each piece is 5 mg.
Super easy to micro-dose with these because they are 5 mg each.

I sometimes add some of these to my coffee before blending. Super tasty!
