My Reviews: Fudge Yourself – Full Spectrum Cannabis Fudge

This fudge comes in a few different flavors. So far we’ve tried the Peanut Butter and Mint in addition to the Double Chocolate flavor. The Double Chocolate also comes in two formulas: Charge (Sativa) and Chill (Indica). Amazing flavor and it melts really well to add to hot cocoa or coffee.

These were on sale – 2 for $19.00 but the sale ended and now they are back to $12 a piece out the door.

It’s a beautiful thing when you can pronounce all of the ingredients.

Testing is done on each batch. This is the way they did it in Las Vegas. I always wondered how that worked in CA. Everything is marked at 100 mg and each 10mg piece always says 10mg. I wonder if the law there allows for a small percentage either over or under the standard 10mg?

Each piece of fudge comes with marks on the chocolate and you cut it into 10mg pieces yourself. I’ve noticed that a lot of the edibles here in Oregon are packaged like that. One big piece that can be divided. If you want separate pieces (like I am used to) you have to pay a little more.

This is definitely one of my favorites and it’s in the house at all times. I am looking forward to trying more of the Laurie and Mary Jane products and will give my feedback.

Random Cannabisness for January:

Joint – a marijuana cigarette.

Anslinger, Henry – a Federal Bureau of Narcotics Commissioner well known for being vocal about his anti-marijuana views. Also, a really good Sativa.

Nugs/Nuggets – dried buds from cannabis plants.

Up in Smoke – that movie with Cheech & Chong.

Apple Juice – really cold is exceptionally refreshing for a dry mouth.

Roach – the end of the joint, usually pretty small. If you want to smoke it, use a roach clip.

Yay! – What my mind says after I take a bong hit.

*My anxiety attacks controlled and, in some ways, ruined my life.
For 16 years I suffered from an anxiety disorder that just wouldn’t leave me alone.
And like so many, I was resigned to suffering from anxiety attacks for the rest of my life.
But that’s not what happened.
Instead… I found a different way to approach my anxiety disorder that ended it in weeks.
I haven’t had an attack for 2 years. I’m cured – and life is wonderful!
Here’s how it happened…

My reviews: Honu Edibles – Orange Dreamsicles Chocolate

One thing I have noticed about edibles in Oregon is that most come as one big piece that you have to cut up individually. Like these – there is a picture as an example but to cut this into smaller pieces would be really messy and a little difficult. I just cut them into quarters. The taste reminded me of an orange creamsicle popsicle.

Super tasty as far as the flavor goes but I didn’t care for the coloring that was added. The other flavors I have tried are Cookies and Cream and Chocolate Cherry. I will be purchasing those flavors again. The effects were very mellow and I had an amazing sleep last night.

Thank you for stopping by and reading my review. 😉

*I’ve always known that anxiety disorders are some of the most difficult conditions to remedy.
People suffer their anxiety disorder for their entire lives, managing it as best they can. It’s never easy, though.
So I was extremely interested to hear about an approach to anxiety that treats the disorder in a completely new way.
This approach takes a fascinating approach to addressing all anxiety disorders that, for most sufferers, leads to a complete cure in just weeks.
Take a look at this…

My reviews: PRUF Hash Rosin Gummies ~ Sparkling Watermelon

We just moved again. We didn’t enjoy living in the city of San Francisco – at all. We moved to Portland, OR. It’s been a really good move so far, an entire new state to explore and an entire new cannabis market to discover. I’m posting on my iPad for now – a bit challenging but seems to be working ok.

The flavor is amazing! The watermelon flavor is a Sativa. I also tried the cherry flavor – it was an Indica edible but I didn’t notice a big difference in the effects of the two.
These are vegan too so not that many funky ingredients in them! True THC percentages on the bag.

I purchased these at Electric Lettuce in Portland – it’s a local chain of dispensaries in the area.

Finding cannabis flower has been a bit more challenging ~ all new brands to discover. I did find a dispensary that I will be going to going forward…..more to come.

My reviews: Emerald Sky – Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Cups

Emerald Sky makes some of my favorite edibles. These are peanut butter cups and they are super tasty. Each bag comes with 10 pieces and they are 10mg each.
I love that each piece is individually wrapped. Easy to share or to pack to take a long.
The sugar sprinklings on these just make them so much better. Seriously, best peanut butter cup ever. You can’t taste the cannabis in these.
These are available in 5 mg and 10 mg. They also come in Sativa, Hybrid, and Indica. Something for everyone.
These differ in price at all the dispensaries I go to locally. The best price I have found is from Mercy Wellness in Cotati, CA. Mercy has them for $14.00 per bag. I have seen them for as much as $22 per bag.
An amazing product from Emerald Sky. I also love their cookies, they are like mini oreos. They have gummies, hard candy and licorice as well. This company has over 30 years of confectionary experience and they are the makers of the first infused licorice. Check them out at emeraldskyedibles.com

I picked up this book called “Weedopedia” and it has in it all things about “weed”. I read about the: Cream Soda Surprise. “It’s a pot smokers treat, created when vanilla ice cream and flat vanilla cream soda are combined. After they’re mixed together, one sip cures the marijuana user’s cotton mouth with a rush of vanilla sweetness. The flat soda creates a smooth texture, enticing the drinker for a second glass. The process of making the concoction – flattening soda, scooping, and stirring – brings a healthy balance of work and reward to the experience. The surprise is that stoners only seem to like it.”

Sounds like an interesting concoction. I have eaten some interesting things when I’ve been smoking and have ‘the hunger”. I’d never heard of the above before.

My Reviews: Original Pot Co.: Peanut Butter Cookies

I bought these from a dispensary called Bloomerang right down the street from my house. They are a good deal at $10 per bag (tax included).
They have 2 vegan flavors. The Peanut Butter cookies are Indica and the Snickerdoodles are Sativa. I like the Peanut Butter cookies a little better because they are not as crumbly – they both have good flavor and I can’t taste the cannabis on these. I also like the little pieces of peanut in the PB cookies.

These cookies also come in some other flavors that are not vegan: Gingersnaps, Chocolate Chip, Double Fudge, and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut. They come packaged 10 in a bag and are the usual 10 mg each.

I am glad I found these. They are a nice after-work treat or after dinner to help me relax.

My reviews: Animal Face by Fig Farms

Got my bong looking good and am about to take a hit of this fine cannabis. Animal Face is amazing!
Pretty high THC % on this one. And look at those cannabinoids! I really wish they had a breakdown of the terpenes on the box. I make note of it and when this is no longer available or I can get something with a similar profile
I love Fig Farms products and have been smoking their products for a few years. This strain, Animal Face won First Place for Indoor Flower at the Emerald Cup this year. On Fridays, at Elevated SF there is a 20% discount on Indoor Flower and they had Animal Face! We took a little walk down the street to pick it up.
Lineage on this strain is: Face Off OG x Animal Mints
I love Fig Farms description of the tasting notes: Kiwi, black licorice, paint thinner, yellow fruit loops figfarms.com
The buds are just beautiful, the scent is intoxicating and I love how tingly I get after exhaling.
I love smoking this one during the day because it doesn’t make me hungry or tired. I feel focused, relaxed and content.

My reviews: Mike Bites gummies by Tyson 2.0

These are super tasty! I love that they are shaped like ears with a bite taken out.
There are 10 ears in a bag and they are each 10 mg. The taste is mixed berry and I can taste the cannabis a little at the end.
Sugar-coated. These are gluten-free and vegan.
The effects are good. My boyfriend took one and it knocked him out. haha!! Relaxing – kept me giggling. Increased my appetite too.
Definitely will be buying these again. The texture is not too chewy, they dissolve pretty quick. https://tyson20.com/product_category/edibles/

My reviews: Highatus Pineapple Sour Gummies

I like these, they are tasty and not too sour.
10 pieces and 10 mg each. Pretty standard. These are also vegan!
Not bad for calories (10 each) so I don’t feel bad if I eat more than two.
I like the size and the texture is great, They don’t get stuck in your teeth. The pineapple flavor is hybrid, and the effects aren’t overly intense.
I got these at Project Cannabis SOMA in San Francisco. The first-time patient discount was 30%!!!! I was stoked! I also got a VIP card that is valid through October of this year for 25% off so I’ll definitely be going back.
I am excited to try the other flavors – I know the L’Orange & Green Apple are Sativa, Pineapple is hybrid and Watermelon and Pomberry are Indica. Good stuff!! www.highatus.com

My reviews: Lemon Sponge Cake by Farmer and the Felon

I was so excited to try this flower and now I can’t stop smoking it!!! Lemon Sponge Cake won first place for sun-grown flower in The Emerald Cup and also the Best in Show award. I decided I was going to try the award winners because they should be good, right? – these flowers have won awards. It helps with choosing which flower to buy – I usually do a lot of research before I try something new.
I found the flower through Weedmaps at a dispensary over on Mission called the Green Cross. I had never been to this one so they gave me a “new customer” gift bag. Some dispensaries give discounts as first-time deals, I like the discounts a little better 😉

This is the third time I have been to The Green Cross – on the weekend you get a Krispy Kreme donut on the way out! Every time I have been there I get a free 10mg edible sample, it’s the house brand of edible and they’ve been super tasty each time. https://www.thegreencross.org
This strain smells really nice, citrusy, and earthy. Two of my favorite combinations. The buds are big and a little fluffy on the outer layer with denser, sticky nugs inside.
I really like this strain and I’ve been back to purchase it twice. It’s not harsh at all, tastes earthy, and has a hint of citrus. I really enjoy it. It definitely helps me focus (once I am on task) – it’s great for watching movies too.
The buds are nice and frosty – they shimmer in the sun. I can see why it won a couple prizes.
Great product and this brand helps a lot of people who are still locked up for marijuana offenses. There are still 40,000!! non-violent cannabis offenders behind bars in the U.S. Check out their website: farmerfelon.com
