My reviews: Macmosa by PDX Organics

Macmosa is a nice hybrid from a genetic cross of Mimosa and Miracle Alien Cookies. It’s got a nice citrusy earthy aroma that puts a smile on my face. 
I like using this flower when I need extra creativity and focus. I find it uplifting mentally and it helps my muscles relax. It does also give me a bit of an appetite. For some reason the terpene Limonene makes me hungry.
On Fridays, Blue Dream and Vintage in Portland, OR has deals on all of their top shelf flower – 1/8’s are $25 !
Definitely an upbeat high for me. Good for in the morning, before errands or a nice hike in the forest.

All natural, vegan, gluten-free, and full spectrum. I love that each package has three different flavors. The berry package has strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry.
THC levels vary per package and each package is marked with total THC per package and per jelly. They are also made with tapioca syrup instead of corn syrup!
The jellies have a great texture and are bursting with fruit flavor. The effects are good each time for me. These can take up to 2 hours to take effect. Every BODY is different. I usually feel them within 40 minutes.
The tropical edition also has 100 mg of THC and the flavors will put you in vacation mode: pineapple, mango, and passion fruit! Journeyman also has versions of these jellies with different THC/CBD levels for those who don’t care for all THC jellies.
Super cute packaging that is resealable.

I was writing this review and had taken 20 mgs (2)of these jellies – it was after work and I was tired anyway but I legit fell asleep right after writing how long it took to take effect. They are very effective!

My Reviews: Laurie and Mary Jane’s Big Cookie – Lemon

Oh my goodness! Laurie and Mary Jane cookies are so delicious. Soft, super flavorful, and so moist! Incredible.
They have quite a few flavors and I’ve tried a few of them. They have a Ginger cookie that is vegan. This Lemon one is gluten-free. The white baking chips are a great addition to the lemon flavor.
For this cookie, it wasn’t as easy to see the cut lines where it can be easily divided into 10 pieces.
You can see how moist it is. Slight cannabis taste.
Another view of the inside of the cookie. The effects are really nice too. Lots of smiles and giggles. Ultra relaxation – anxiety and stress relief.

My Reviews: Khush Kush – Macaroons aka Haystacks

First time I have ever had an infused Macaroon and it definitely did not disappoint!

I got these in Vancouver, WA. The flavor is really good and these are super moist. Very slight cannabis taste.
Each macaroon is individually packaged so you can take one for later or share it with your friends.
The chocolate-covered bottom is the best and makes it a legit macaroon in my opinion. 😉
They are nice size macaroons too. Each one has about 10mg’s THC per piece – the actual THC will be listed on the package.
Side View – big, right? The effects are nice and mellow – it’s hard to just eat one.
My last one with a bite taken out.
I will be buying these again. I love them..

I will be going back up to WA to buy some more of these soon.

Emerald Sky makes some of my favorite edibles. These are peanut butter cups and they are super tasty. Each bag comes with 10 pieces and they are 10mg each.
I love that each piece is individually wrapped. Easy to share or to pack to take a long.
The sugar sprinklings on these just make them so much better. Seriously, best peanut butter cup ever. You can’t taste the cannabis in these.
These are available in 5 mg and 10 mg. They also come in Sativa, Hybrid, and Indica. Something for everyone.
These differ in price at all the dispensaries I go to locally. The best price I have found is from Mercy Wellness in Cotati, CA. Mercy has them for $14.00 per bag. I have seen them for as much as $22 per bag.
An amazing product from Emerald Sky. I also love their cookies, they are like mini oreos. They have gummies, hard candy and licorice as well. This company has over 30 years of confectionary experience and they are the makers of the first infused licorice. Check them out at emeraldskyedibles.com

I picked up this book called “Weedopedia” and it has in it all things about “weed”. I read about the: Cream Soda Surprise. “It’s a pot smokers treat, created when vanilla ice cream and flat vanilla cream soda are combined. After they’re mixed together, one sip cures the marijuana user’s cotton mouth with a rush of vanilla sweetness. The flat soda creates a smooth texture, enticing the drinker for a second glass. The process of making the concoction – flattening soda, scooping, and stirring – brings a healthy balance of work and reward to the experience. The surprise is that stoners only seem to like it.”

Sounds like an interesting concoction. I have eaten some interesting things when I’ve been smoking and have ‘the hunger”. I’d never heard of the above before.

My reviews: Moon Intergalactic Milligramage *Rocket Fudge* Vegan chocolate bar

I added a few pieces of this to my coffee and blended this morning – amazing! Adds great flavor and just enough THC to help make my morning the best.
They have 2 vegan bars, this one, and GALACTIC MINT. Each bar has 10 – 10mg pieces.
Super easy to share or save all the goodness for yourself!
Simple ingredients, small convenient bar, easy to dose or stash 😉
I’m stoked. Back in action. Things have changed in a year, especially during these times but cannabis is alive and well.

I’m back in CA. Exploring dispensaries in the area. I’ve been shopping at Mercy Wellness in Cotati, they have a great variety and the prices are really good.

OMG…these are amazing. Definitely a new favorite of mine. I’ll just take a bag of these and a Keef Cola and go sit on the beach.
This is a great gluten-free snack. Nice for micro-dosing because each almond is 2.5mg of THC. It’s nice to have savory snack options instead of gummies and cookies.
Yum, yum, yum.

So beautiful.
I really like them now that I know I can access the flower profile from the box.
I was taking a picture of the box and realized with the QR code it pulls up the terpene profile on the flower. Terpenes are what gives the flower its effects, flavors and scent. Bonus points for Up North. Just like I smelled and tasted, lots of terpinolene in this flower.

I learned to read profiles of flower and other cannabis products when I lived in Las Vegas. Not many growers or manufacturers add that information to their product boxes or jars in California. It’s a bummer, I find it really helpful. Talking about terpene profiles is a good topic for another post.

I like to make root beer floats with these root beer drinks. I’ve used the cola ones too, super tasty and no cannabis taste. It’s amazing after dinner or whenever you want a refreshing treat.
